missingWrote a review on Dec 18comfortable bedsspacious roommalfunctioning fridgeno microwaveconfusing elevator system
The comfortable double beds provided great rest, and the room size was surprisingly spacious, making it ideal for our family. The location was perfect, with many restaurants nearby. The iconic Transamerica building as a reference point. However, the absence of a microwave and a malfunctioning fridge detracted from our experience. Additionally, we struggled with the elevator system, which was confusing and led to a frustrating situation that included misplaced belongings.

missingWrote a review on Nov 05comfortable bedefficient room serviceslow elevatoroverpriced valetlimited dining options
The balcony offered breathtaking views of the bay, Coit Tower, and bustling Chinatown, with soft pillows and an incredibly comfortable king-size bed. Room service was efficient, and the food, especially the grilled meat, was delicious. However, the elevator service could be slow at times, and valet parking felt overpriced despite the in-and-out privileges.

perfect starting point for exploring chinatown and union square
I found the place to be an excellent base for my San Francisco explorations, as it’s just a few steps from vibrant Chinatown and less than a 15-minute walk to Union Square, making it super easy to enjoy the city's highlights.

seamless check-in, but lacks attention
the fruit and cheese platter was a letdown, but the 24-hour reception really helped at check-in. communication needs improvement for a better experience next time.

Our family loved our stay here! The kids enjoyed the rooftop pool and we appreciated the on-site gym to work off those vacation calories. The only minor hiccup was the bathroom needing a little update, but it didn’t spoil our awesome trip! 😊

missingWrote a review on Sept 26superb servicegreat local eatshelpful stafflimited dining optionshidden fees
Diana at the front desk was a superstar! She made our early check-in a breeze and arranged a late check-out just so we could catch some Zs before exploring. Plus, being close to dives like House of Nanking and Hinodeya Ramen Bar brought my culinary adventure to life!
The dining options in the hotel left much to be desired. no room service and the price of coffee at the bar is highway robbery! Plus, dealing with hidden fees felt like a disappointing surprise at check-in.

I loved the clean room and those stunning views from the bay window—it really made my stay special. The pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Just a small hiccup with the Wi-Fi connection while I was there. it wasn't a big deal though! 😊
